Statement Regarding FOSTA/SESTA Legislation

Updated: June 11, 2018

Since launching in 2017, MintBoys has aimed to be a safe & legal website for meeting Male Escorts. We've purposely made our model different than Backpage, Craigslist, Men4RentNow, and many of the other websites out there.

The “Allows States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act” (FOSTA) and ”Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act” (SESTA) Acts are currently at the forefront of our industry as a potential threat to our business model. As such, we are in the process of analyzing the potential impacts such legal changes may have on our website. To be clear, it is our opinion that we are working well within the scope of the law as a platform for male escorts that does not condone, promote or facilitate the promotion of the prostitution or sex trafficking of any persons in any manner. From the start, our team has taken the position that prostitution and sex trafficking is illegal and have taken many steps to make sure this message is clear when using our platform. We want to assure our valued advertisers and clients that we will continue to put forth our strongest efforts towards staying compliant with the law. You can rest assured that our platform has always viewed prostitution and the promotion of prostitution as an area of the law that we will aim to avoid.

We can't predict what actions prosecutors will take, but we put every effort into staying compliant with the law. For information about how the MintBoys model is different than other websites, see the About Us page.
