Based in Quincy MA, integrative bodywork experience, blending multiple techniques and therapeutic modalities. Each session combines trigger point therapy, deep pressure work, and focused body awareness to release tension and restore balance. Be prepared for a dynamic approach that may include footwork, assisted stretching, and yoga-inspired positions. These elements help improve mobility and enhance the effectiveness of the session. Sessions are offered on a massage table or bed, using either scented or unscented oils, in a clean, safe, and calming environment. Mobile setups are also available when a table is not provided. All bodies are welcome here. There is no discrimination on my table—only respect, care, and presence. My intention is to help tune your body to its natural rhythm, moving beyond physical, emotional, and mental limitations. Experience it for yourself.
