just trying to survive

I am Born and raised here locally in Clearwater, i own a house that costs me way too much. constantly maintaining it.. seems like every other month something needs fixed. i do most of the work on my own though. hoping to insulate my attic above the garage next and add a mini split. i love working with tools and do mostly labor work and odd jobs for people.
